1.1. By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that:

1.2. You agree to comply with:

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
• Tunisian e-Commerce Law No. 2000-83 and related decrees
• Any other applicable national or cross-border e-commerce legislation

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. You agree not to:

• List or sell items that are illegal under Tunisian law or EU regulations
• Attempt to evade platform fees, launder money, or commit fraud
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or publishing licenses applicable in your jurisdiction

3. Product Listing Policy

3.1. ✅ Permissible Products:

• In-game assets (skins, gold, currencies)
• Game accounts (when allowed by publisher)
